GraphGrid Cloud Support Pricing

All GraphGrid Support plans include unlimited access to account and billing support. Support billing calculations are performed on a per-account basis for all plans. Monthly charges for the Standard, Advanced, and Premium Support plans are based on each month’s GraphGrid usage charges, subject to a monthly minimum. As your GraphGrid charges grow, you earn volume discounts on your GraphGrid Support costs.

Pricing Example

For $2,000 in monthly GraphGrid usage:

$2,000 x 3% = $60

(3% of GraphGrid usage)

For $30,000 in monthly GraphGrid usage:

$2,000 x 10% = $200

(10% of first $0 – $10K of usage)

+ $14,000 x 7% = $980

(7% of usage from $2K – $16K)

+ $14,000 x 5% = $700

(5% of usage from $16K – $50K)

+ $0 x 3% = $0

(3% of usage over $50K)

For $140,000 in monthly GraphGrid usage:

$20,000 x 10% = $2,000

(10% of first $0 – $20K of usage)

+ $40,000 x 7% = $2,800

(7% of usage from $20K – $60K)

+ $60,000 x 5% = $3,000

(5% of usage from $60K – $120K)

+ $20,000 x 3% = $600

(3% of usage over $120K)
